This hand painted, custom watercolor artwork is created from your existing photos!

The perfect gift to commemorate the place, people and memories that mean most to you and your loved ones.

The process is simple:

1. Select your size and frame option at checkout.
2. I will email you a project checklist, questionnaire and request for photos
3. Send me one or more clear pictures of your home plus the address (sometimes I use Google maps to get extra views of the property) and I will get started with an initial sketch. 
4. I submit the sketch to you for approval. Once you approve the sketch I will paint your house.

Custom artwork may take 3-4 weeks for completion.  If your deadline is sooner please email me to confirm availability on my production list.

Collaborate with me to add meaningful details like your favorite birds, kitty in the window, special decorations, vehicles or property structures etc. 

Add text or border at no extra charge. (example: your family name, "Our First Home" or your address).

Painted in professional grade watercolor paints on archival watercolor paper.  This is NOT a digital file.  Digital scans and reproduction prints are available upon request.
