Cancellation policy

The Collector's Club Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries on a monthly basis. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you selected at the time of purchase. 


Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the date of your initial purchase (or closest following business day), unless you choose to pay in advance.  You will receive your printed artwork by the end of the month of charge or shortly following. 

Your subscriptions will auto-renew each month. If you don't want to renew your subscription you can cancel it any time prior to the 15th of the month or the previous business day.


Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. 


There are no returns or refunds on The Collector's Club prints.  If yours arrives with damage, please contact me via email and include a photo of your damaged print, I will gladly send you a replacement. Email: hello@eleanorrhinehart.com
