This hand painted, custom watercolor artwork is created from your existing photos!

Perfect to add a heartwarming touch to your business, I specialize in:

- Boutiques and restaurants

- Bed and breakfasts

- Event venues

- Campus maps (additional charges for each building may apply)

The process is simple:

Send me one or more clear pictures of your business plus the address (sometimes I use Google maps to get extra views of the property) and I will get started with an initial sketch.  Once you approve the sketch I will paint your business!

Collaborate with me to add special touches like birds, customers or pets in the windows, special seasonal decorations etc.

Add text or border at no extra charge. (example: business name, founding date or address).

Total time from receipt of your photos to delivery of finished artwork is 15 business days maximum.

Frame not included; however, if you are local I will happily coordinate your framing for you and hand deliver the finished, framed piece.  Additional costs apply.

Painted in professional grade watercolor paints on archival watercolor paper.  This is NOT a digital file. 

Digital files are available upon request and available for marketing use.  Original copyright ownership is retailed by the artist.
